ABSTRACT SUMMARY
Reducible poly(oligo-D-arginine) was developed as an efficient carrier of siRNA silencing vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) to suppress tumor growth by the anti-angiogenesis mechanism. This polymer effectively condensed and stabilized siVEGF by forming nano-particular assemblies, and represented inhibition of VEGF production in vitro and retarded tumor growth in vivo.
