Supporting CRS Leadership for the Future
CRS Foundation postdoctoral fellowships support advanced research for an outstanding CRS member from academia, government, or industry. Selected from a pool of outstanding candidates, the CRS Foundation fellows reflect the highest level of scientific excellence and leadership potential in delivery science.
Honoring CRS Leaders of the Present and Past
The fellowships are named in honor of Controlled Release Society leaders who have made exceptional lifetime contributions to delivery science.

Since 2009, postdoctoral fellowships have been presented at the CRS annual meeting.
