A special opportunity to communicate with all attendees. Your company's informational brochure or other item of remembrance is inserted into each bag and "delivered" to all attendees at the time of their registrations.

Room Drop
At the Annual Meeting & Exposition, your message can be the first or last communication attendees receive as they wake up or turn in for the night. Attendees receive your brochure or token of appreciation delivered right to their hotel room on your chosen day and at your chosen time period. Rate: $5,000 (USD)
Direct Mail & E-Mail
Rent the Controlled Release Society's postal or e-mail list of members and reach more than 2,100 global leaders in controlled release and delivery. Our members include professionals in pharmaceuticals, research and development, academia and government, consumer and diversified products, veterinary medicine, quality assurance/control, agriculture, and more.
Direct Mail List Rate:
- $230 per 1,000 names (minimum order $345 USD)
- Includes one sort; additional sorts available for $15 each
- Rush processing available for an additional $70
All lists will be sent via e-mail in ASCII format in ZIP/Postal code sequence.
E-Mail List Rate:
- $325 per 1,000 names (minimum order $325 USD)
- Includes one sort; additional sorts available for $15 each
- Includes one mass e-mail to be sent by the Society*
*All mass e-mails must be sent by the Society - e-mail lists cannot be distributed.
