Annual Meeting Registration
Annual Meeting registration (member, nonmember, exhibitor, and student categories) includes access to all scientific sessions, Soapbox Sessions, exposition, Releasing Technology Workshops, Opening Reception, and a complimentary copy of Transactions on CD-ROM.
Register
Register at the Attendee Services Desk located in the Entrance Hall,
just inside the main entrance to the Austria Center, on the
Yellow Level. The Attendee Services Desk will be open as
follows:

Member Rates
Member rates apply to only members of the Controlled Release Society who have paid 2006 membership dues. Nonmember registration automatically makes you a member of the Controlled Release Society until December 31, 2006.

Full-time Student/Post-Doc Rates
Full-time students and post-docs qualify for discounted registration rates. Proof of graduate student or post-doctoral research status must accompany registration.
Registration Receipt
To print a copy of your receipt:
- Go to CRS Customer Web
- Enter your Login and Password
- Click the "Receipts" hyperlink, located in the left-hand column
- Click the corresponding "order number" link
- Print the receipt
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing and received by CRS no later than June 29, 2006. Cancellations received by this date are subject to a $100 processing fee. Ticketed events will be fully refunded. Convention registration and ticketed event cancellations received after June 29 are not subject to a refund.
Payment
Payment must accompany registration. Payment vouchers or purchase orders will not be considered payment.
Payment by Credit Card: Registrations may be paid in your currency of origin by registering online, or by completing the registration form  and sending it via facsimile to +1.651.454.0766.
Payment by Check: Registrations may be paid in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank by forwarding a check and the registration form to: Controlled Release Society, 3340 Pilot Knob Road, St. Paul MN 55121 U.S.A.
Attire
Business casual is the recommended dress for the Annual Meeting. The average temperature range for Vienna in July is 15°C - 25°C (59°F - 77°F).
Emergency Information
If you have a medical condition that CRS should be aware of during the meeting, please fax your information to CRS Annual Meeting, +1.651.454.0766 or email ahope@scisoc.org. This information should be received no later than July 17 and is optional. It will not be shared with anyone, except in case of emergency, and then only with emergency personnel.
 ADA Special Requests
For full and equal enjoyment of the Annual Meeting, please specify any special requirements you may have in the “Special Requests” area of the registration form. Every effort will be made to meet dietary requirements; however, requests are subject to availability.

Official Language
English is the official language of the Controlled Release Society’s Annual Meeting and Exposition.
Photo Release
Many photographs are taken throughout the Controlled Release Society Annual Meeting and Exposition and are used in promotional materials after the meeting has concluded. By virtue of your attendance, you agree to Controlled Release Society’s use of your likeness in said promotional materials.
