• 50-Word description due to CRS, May 22, 2007, for inclusion in the final program guide. Complete the 50-word Description form.
  
  
• Shipping/Customs forms completed / submitted to Agility?
  Please note the following deadlines for international freight:
  
  LCL Sea Freight must be received at the Long Beach CFS Terminal – June 6, 2007
  
  FCL Sea Freight must be received at the Long Beach Port – June 20, 2007
  
  Air Freight must be received at the Los Angeles Intl. Airport – June 24, 2007

• Exhibitor Annual Meeting registration forms completed / submitted? Fill out one form for each Exhibitor allowed per your exhibition contract. Due to CRS on/before June 4, 2007. Download Exhibitor Registration form .Use the chart below to determine the number of complimentary Annual Meeting Exhibitor Registrations (full meeting registration) your company receives.

• 20' x 20' booth: 6 complimentary registrations
• 10' x 20' booth: 4 complimentary registrations
• 10' x 10' booth: 2 complimentary registrations

• Exhibitor Personnel registration forms completed / submitted? Fill out one form for each person working in your exhibit, but not attending the meeting, per your exhibition contract. Due to CRS on/before June 4, 2007. Download Personnel registration form . Use the chart below to determine the number of complimentary Exhibitor Personnel Registrations (access to exhibit hall only) your company receives.

Exhibitor Service Kit

Your Exhibitor Service Kit contains important information regarding the exposition of the 34rd Annual Meeting and Exposition of the Controlled Release Society. Please review this information carefully. GES is the official exhibition management company (decorator). You will order your booth carpet, furniture, electricity, specialty lighting, internet service, plants, etc., through GES. Download the complete Exhibitor Service Kit . NOTE: Please allow the entire document to download before attempting to access/print any forms or information. It is a large document with several graphics and will freeze if you don't allow the entire document to download first.

Agility Fairs & Events is the official International Freight Forwarding/Customs Brokers of the 34rd Annual Meeting and Exposition of the Controlled Release Society. Please review the Agility Fairs & Events shipping/customs instructions included in the GES Exhibitor Service Kit (page 21) and submit your information as soon as possible to ensure delivery in Long Beach and/or Los Angeles Intl. Airport on/before the June 2007, dates listed above. Agility will work with GES to manage your freight onsite as well
