CRS Presenter Guidelines

Podium presenters at the CRS 35th Annual Meeting & Exposition are asked to upload their presentations 24-hours in advance of oral presentations. The Speaker Preparation Room at the Hilton New York is the Gibson Suite.

The Speaker Preparation Room will be staffed as follows:
Saturday, July 12 • 07:00-17:00
Sunday, July 13 • 07:00-17:00
Monday, July 14 • 06:30-18:00
Tuesday, July 15 • 06:30-18:00
Wednesday, July 16 • 06:30-13:30

Poster Presenter Guidelines

The poster schedule is listed below. All posters will be displayed in Rhinelander Gallery at the Hilton New York.

Poster Session I
Sunday, July 13
14:30 – 16:00 Posters Must Be Set Up During This Time
Monday, July 14
11:00 – 18:00 Posters Available for Viewing
14:00 – 15:00 Poster Authors Must Be Present
18:00 – 19:15 Posters Dismantled

Poster Session I closes at 18:00 on Monday, July 14. The Hilton New York requires that all materials be removed at this time. Poster materials remaining in the area after 19:15 on Monday, July 14, will be destroyed.

Poster Session II
Tuesday, July 15
06:45 – 07:30 Posters Must Be Set Up During This Time
10:00 – 17:00 Posters Available for Viewing
13:00 – 14:00 Poster Authors Must Be Present
17:00 – 18:00 Posters Dismantled

Poster Session II closes at 17:00 on Tuesday, July 15. The Hilton New York requires that all materials be removed at this time. Poster materials remaining in the area after 18:00 on Tuesday, July 15, will be destroyed.

Poster Session III
Wednesday, July 16
07:00 – 08:15 Posters Must Be Set Up During This Time
10:30 – 17:00 Posters Available for Viewing
13:30 – 14:30 Poster Authors Must Be Present
17:00 – 17:15 Posters Dismantled

Poster Session III closes at 17:00 on Wednesday, July 16. The Hilton New York requires that all materials be removed at this time. Poster materials remaining in the area after 17:15 on Wednesday, July 16, will be destroyed.

Poster Viewing Area Access Only poster presenters will be allowed access to the poster viewing area a few minutes before and after each scheduled open time frame. The poster viewing area will be secured at all other times. You must be at your poster during the specified “Authors Present” times.

Poster Board You will be provided a poster board that is 116.99 cm (height) × 240.18 cm (width) for mounting your descriptive material. POSTER TITLES ARE NOT PROVIDED. Poster boards will be arranged numerically and will be organized by area of topic. Poster locations correspond to the number assigned to each poster. Please consult with CRS staff at the Attendee Services Desk if you have questions regarding the location of your poster board. Be sure to bring any supplies you may need for attaching your poster to the poster board. These supplies should include double-sided tape or self-adhesive hook and loop Velcro (pins and tacks are not allowed). CRS WILL NOT PROVIDE SUPPLIES. Please note U.S. poster boards are horizontal.

Presenting Author Identity Poster viewing is in a high traffic area, so your poster will be viewed frequently during all open hours. Please attach a photo of yourself on the board, so interested attendees may readily identify you for questions and discussion. You will also be provided with an identifying Poster Presenter ribbon.
