Abstracts will be accepted November 1, 2007 - January 31, 2008 (Midnight U.S. Central Standard Time). Abstracts may be submitted via Internet only. No other form of submission will be accepted. Submitted abstracts may be revised or withdrawn at any time during the submission period.

All authors are encouraged to carefully review the guidelines for abstract submission both in terms of content and format and to view the model abstract submission for further guidance.
