CRS Podium Presenter Guidelines

The only audio-visual presentation option is a single LCD projector. Overhead projectors, slide projectors, and video-enhanced equipment are not allowed. All podium presenters will be sent information on how to upload presentations through a site provided by the Bella Center for early networking of podium presentations. If podium presenters miss the Bella Center's deadline, which is yet to be determined, podium presenters will be required to check in at the Speaker Prep Room (Focus) in the Bella Center at least 24 hours in advance of their presentations, so presentations can be pre-loaded into the audio-visual network. Presenters are not allowed to use their own laptops.

Focus, located in the Bella Center, will be available for speaker preparation and presentation preview. LCD projectors will be available for viewing, and a technician will be available. The speaker preparation room schedule is as follows:
