CRS Poster Presenter Guidelines

The poster schedule is listed below. All poster sessions will be displayed in the Exhibit/Poster Hall at the Bella Center from Sunday, July 19, at 17:00 through Wednesday, July 22 at 13:30.

 All posters must be set up no later than 14:00 on Sunday, July 19.

Poster Session I

Monday, July 20
13:00 – 14:00 Poster Authors Must Be Present

Poster Session II

Tuesday, July 21
13:00 – 14:00 Poster Authors Must Be Present

Poster Session III

Wednesday, July 22
12:30 – 13:30 Poster Authors Must Be Present

Wednesday, July 22: 13:30-14:30

All posters must be removed Wednesday, July 22, by 14:30. Poster materials remaining in the Exhibit/Poster Hall after 14:30 will be destroyed.

The poster viewing area will be secured at all other times. Presenters must be at their respective Poster Session during the specified “Authors Present” time.

Poster Board

You will be provided a poster board that is 241 cm (height) × 95.5 cm (width) for mounting your descriptive material. POSTER TITLES ARE NOT PROVIDED. Poster boards will be arranged numerically and will be organized by area of topic. Poster locations correspond to the number assigned to each poster. Please consult with CRS staff at the Attendee Services Desk if you have questions regarding the location of your poster board. Be sure to bring any supplies you may need for attaching your poster to the poster board. These supplies should include double-sided tape or self-adhesive hook and loop Velcro (pins and tacks are not allowed). CRS WILL NOT PROVIDE SUPPLIES. Please note the poster boards are vertical.

Presenting Author Identity

Poster viewing is in a high traffic area, so your poster will be viewed frequently during all open hours. Please attach a photo of yourself to the board, so interested attendees may readily identify you for questions and discussion. You will also be provided with an identifying Poster Presenter ribbon.
