The 37th CRS Annual Meeting & Exposition is where you will have the opportunity to connect with professionals from around the globe who are focused on the many areas of controlled release and delivery. Exhibit spaces are assigned in the order that reservations and deposits are received.

Exhibit Space Package*:

• 8' high back drape
• 3' side wall/rail adjoining the neighboring Exhibit
• Corner or End-cap Exhibit spaces have the option of installing or not installing the 3' side rail
• End-cap and Island Exhibits have the option of building out their Exhibits per CRS specifications and neither pipe nor drape would be provided unless the Exhibitor specifically requests pipe or drape
• In-line exhibit spaces have two 3' side rails
• One I.D. sign
• One 6' skirted/draped table
• One wastebasket
• Pre- and post-meeting attendee mailing lists of registrants who allow their information to be shared
• Listing in the CRS Annual Meeting & Exposition Program Book, if reserved by March 1, 2010.
• Complimentary Exposition passes for pre-meeting distribution to customers and vendors.
