Exposition Hall

The CRS Exposition Hall is THE place for making connections, starting with the Opening Reception on Sunday evening. The Exposition Hall will then be open Monday and Tuesday as the central hub for poster viewing, program breaks, refreshments, and CRS Connect.

** Furnishings, carpet, lighting, electrical, audio-visual equipment, water, cleaning, refrigerators, and lead retrieval systems are not included in the exhibit space rental fee. Information for these items will be provided in the Exhibitor Services Kit.

About the Tabletop
- Available only to first-time exhibiting companies from Asia and Pacific countries
- 2 x 6 foot draped tabletop is provided
- One wastebasket are included
- All display items must sit on tabletop. No floor displays allowed.
- All display items must be 5 feet or shorter, and not exceed the table dimensions of 6 feet long by 2 feet wide
- Placement within the Asia Pacific Pavilion will be assigned in April 2013.
- Electricity and other services may be rented from the contractors in the Exhibitor Services Kit, March 2013
