CRS has negotiated discounted hotel rates available only to CRS annual meeting attendees. Staying at the headquarters hotel is a convenient, easy, and affordable way to support CRS and make the most of your time at the annual meeting. Reservations can be made online or by calling the hotel direct. Staying at the CRS-designated hotel supports the annual meeting by keeping meeting facility rents low, thus keeping registration fees low.

- The deadline for booking hotel rooms at the CRS discounted rate is Wednesday, June 19, 2013.
- Tax on guest rooms is presently 13.962% (subject to change).
- All hotel rates are in U.S. dollars (USD).
- CRS discounted room rates are available three days pre-and post-meeting dates, based on availability. Applicable dates are located at the top of the Hilton online housing page.
- CRS does not provide roommate pairing services nor can we recommend youth hostels or student discount hotels in Honolulu.

The Hilton Hawaiian Village® Waikiki Beach Resort is the official headquarters hotel for the CRS 2013 Annual Meeting. Hilton Hawaiian Village is located on Waikiki's widest stretch of beach. This impressive resort is nestled on 22 acres, offering Waikiki’s only resort experience. The grounds include lush tropical gardens, waterfalls, exotic wildlife and a pond of African penguins. Hilton Hawaiian Village has 5 swimming pools and the best waterslides in Waikiki. It fronts the Duke Kahanamoku Beach (voted 3rd best beach in the country) and the Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon, a great location for kayaking and stand-up paddle surfing. The resort has 18 restaurants and bars, and over 90 shops and services. The popular Waikiki Starlight Luau provides guests with the convenience of enjoying a luau in Waikiki under the stars. Guests can also take part in daily cultural activities like lei making and hula lessons, and the resort has nightly entertainment that features the best of Hawaii’s musical talents. Every Friday night the Super Pool becomes the stage for Polynesian music and dance which ends in a fireworks display over Waikiki Beach.
