Hosting an RTW gives you the opportunity to:
- Connect with 20 to 50 attendees for 1 or 2 hours
- Conduct business in an intimate setting
- Present your company’s technologies in a format and manner you determine
- Establish what your company can do for your attentive audience
- Hold discussions
- Establish new relationships
- Share a cup of coffee
Application and Notification
- RTW submission closes February 17, 2012
- RTW notification will be sent no later than March 2, 2012
If your RTW application is accepted, the time is yours to do with as you please
The rates for accepted RTWs are:
- one-hour RTW - $1,200
- two-hour RTW - $1,950
- Food and beverages are available at an extra cost.
Your company will be invoiced upon acceptance.
