Secure Your 2027 Letter of Invitation to facilitate the Visa application process
We're excited to welcome you to the Annual Meeting in Toronto, Canada. To assist with your travel arrangements, we're pleased to provide a personalized letter of invitation. This letter can support your visa application or confirm your participation in this global gathering.
Complete the submission form to request your letter and ensure a seamless process as you prepare to join us. Once submitted a personalized copy will be automatically sent back to you via email.
For US Travelers:
- U.S. citizens are exempt from the eTA requirement and must carry proper identification such as a valid U.S. passport.
- As of April 26, 2022, lawful permanent residents of the United States are also exempt from the eTA requirement and must show these documents for all methods of travel to Canada:
- a valid passport from their country of nationality (or an equivalent acceptable travel document) and
- a valid green card (or equivalent valid proof of status in the United States)
- Stay up to date with traveling to Canada from the US by clicking here
For International Travelers:
- Check if you need a visa or eTA to travel to Canada, click here
- If you’re a citizen of an eTA-required country, what you need to enter Canada depends on how you’re travelling.
- If you’re a citizen of any of the countries listed here, you need a valid visitor visa and a valid passport to visit or transit through Canada.
