Mitragotri Lab for Drug Delivery, Harvard University, John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS) and Wyss Institute, USA

Gal Chen Palachy is a Rothschild Fellow postdoctoral researcher at Harvard SEAS and the Wyss Institute, working in the lab of Prof. Samir Mitragotri. Her research sits at the intersection of drug delivery, synthetic biology, and bioelectronic materials. During her PhD at the Technion under Prof. Avi Schroeder, she developed synthetic cell platforms for advancing regenerative medicine and brain-targeted mRNA lipid nanoparticles to enhance precision gene delivery. In parallel to her research, she served as a co-leader of the Young Israeli Controlled Release Society (YICRS), where she organized scientific initiatives and built a national network for emerging researchers in controlled release and nanomedicine.
