Zerong Ma

ZrDr. Zerong Ma is a passionate researcher in developing nanomedicine for cancer treatment. After completing her Bachelor of Biotechnology (First Class Honours) at the University of New South Wales, she started her PhD studies with A/Prof Joshua McCarroll and Prof Maria Kavallaris in Children’s Cancer Institute, focusing on developing siRNA-based nanomedicine for the treatment of lung cancer. Zerong recently obtained her PhD and hopes to continue contributing to nanomedicine research in the future. She is excited to be invited as an Ambassador of the Young Scientist Committee and meet talented scientists worldwide.
