Summary

Capsaicin and Dihydrocapsaicin washability profiles were determined after incorporation in 3 hydrogel formulations. The role of the chitosan hydrogel and of the nanocapsules on the increase in the skin adhesion of a topical capsaicinoids formulation was shown in this work.
