Vishnu Rompicharla is a pharmaceutical scientist currently training as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Center for Nanomedicine at Johns Hopkins Medicine. He received his PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from BITS-Pilani, India (2019). During the time (4 years) he spent in the pharmaceutical industry, he has grown diverse experience in formulation development, regulatory affairs, and intellectual property. His research interests include novel drug delivery systems, biomaterials and their characterization. Vishnu aspires to develop translatable drug delivery technologies, and work towards improving medicine access to the underprivileged. Outside the lab, he likes to play badminton and travel.
